Ebi Mangetu was born in 1962 and has been a popular Japanese cracker for many years. The main ingredients in Ebi Mangetu are starch, small shrimp, and krill. Sea lettuce is also added for flavor.


Kappa-ebisen (かっぱえびせん)
It is another shrimp flavored snack food made primarily from wheat flour and shrimp. Kappa-ebisen was released in 1964 and has been popular snack in Japan.


Tongari-corn (とんがりコーン):
There are several flavors of Tongari-corn. This one is grilled corn flavor. Plain salt, salt vanilla, and honey butter flavors are also available.


Curl (カール):
Curl is a Japanese corn puff snack sold in the western part of Japan. Specifically, it is sold in Shiga Prefecture and farther west. It comes in two main flavors: cheese and light kelp broth.


Kinokono-Yama and Takenokono-Sato (きのこの山・たけのこの里)
These snacks are small biscuits that are partially covered with chocolate. They are shaped like mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Both are very popular in Japan.
